Welcome to glowsimplified.com. By using this website, buying a product, or reading the content here, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
This website is owned and operated by Sasu Dan Liviu, based in Romania, trading as Glow Simplified (the "we" or "us" below). Glow Simplified makes clear skincare guidance and digital products that help you build a simple routine you actually keep. Reach us any time at [email protected], or [email protected] for orders.
2. Not medical advice
Everything on this site, including the products, guides, and blog, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare professional before making significant changes to your skincare, especially with a medical skin condition, allergies, or sensitivities. We are not licensed medical professionals, and you are responsible for the skincare decisions you make based on this content.
3. Your account and access
We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email, not a password. Your access links and account are personal to you. Keep your sign-in codes and access links private, and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Digital products and delivery
We sell digital products, currently the Glow System (the routine builder, the Glow Tracker, and the guide) and the Ingredient Decoder. By buying one, you agree that:
Delivery: access is digital and immediate. Right after your payment is confirmed, your access appears in your account and in an email, with links to open each part.
Personal use only: your purchase is for your personal use. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, or share the materials, whether for free or for payment.
No unauthorised sharing: posting the materials on social media or file-sharing sites, or passing them to other people, is not allowed and may infringe copyright.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product and checkout pages and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Your currency (EUR, USD, or GBP) is set from your region at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.
6. Refunds and the 30-day guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital products. If it is not for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund every cent, no awkward questions. Requests after 30 days are handled at our discretion, and repeated refund requests from the same person may be declined.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, you agree at checkout to that immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery begins. Our 30-day guarantee is more generous than the statutory right and applies either way.
7. Affiliate links and program
In line with FTC guidance and our own commitment to being straight with you, some links on this site may be affiliate links. If you click one and buy, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we recommend; we only point to things we genuinely believe help.
We also run our own affiliate program. If you join it and share your link or code, you may earn a commission on sales you refer, under the terms shown when you apply. Commissions on refunded or fraudulent orders are reversed, and payouts are reviewed before they are sent.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, the guides, and the apps, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, or distribute any of it without our written permission.
9. Results are not guaranteed
Skincare results vary from person to person. Any testimonials or before-and-after references reflect individual experiences and are not promises. Your results depend on many factors, including your skin type, how consistent you are, sensitivities, lifestyle, diet, and hormones.
10. Acceptable use
Please use the site and products lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts that are not yours, scrape or copy the content at scale, or misuse the checkout or affiliate systems. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
11. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites, tools, or resources for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Visiting them is at your own risk.
12. Privacy
Your use of this site is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and the rights you have. Your personal information is never sold.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, its content, or the products bought through it. This includes any skin reaction, irritation, or adverse effect from following guidance shared here. You use the content and products at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law, including your statutory consumer rights.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. If something is wrong, please email us first so we can put it right.
